Learn what to do when someone you're with chops into themselves with an axe, how to use natural materials as antiseptic and the best methods for life saving outdoors.
Fire Lighting
Build, light and cook on a fire outdoors. Including the preparation of food in an outdoor environment. You will use a 'flint and steel' and learn about what materials to create a fire with.
Navigation Skills​
We will cover elements in navigation such as the 4 D's, teach you about what different parts of a map mean, how to use a compass and plan a basic route. That route will then be put into practice.
